Pricing and Delivery:
We deliver worldwide. The final prices of our products include free shipping to your home over 100€ (except some countries that have special conditions, please see HERE).
Important!: Our prices do not include specific country custom fees or taxes if any, please confirm it before place your order.
Our regular production time is 45 labor days. Should you require urgent production, we can offer special express service of 10-30 days, at an extra cost of € 30-150 depending on the dates and the requested models.
We also have items in stock that are available for immediate delivery. Should you be interested in any of them, please call our agents to check sizes and colours.
“Suit” prices include: jacket and pants (it might also include the vest, but only if indicated). You can add other accessories to your costume picture (such as shirts, ties, shoes, etc), in which case the price would be reflected on the right side under the category "Total Look”, as shown below:
In order to correctly process every tailor garment (suits, shirts and waist coat), a special buying process should be followed. For this purpose you will find a special module at the right of the product, where you must add your measurements and also, if you wish, some recent photographs of you. After getting such information, we will check if the measurements are correct and provide you with example images of how the product would look on you:
Once you fill out the requested data measurements, just press the button “save” and your custom suit will be added to the cart.
For greater security when placing your order, you can order a sample from the actual fabric of your suit, so you can better appreciate the quality and the final color. Should forward a deposit of 100 € for the shipping and handling of the sample, which will be valid for the final purchase of your suit. (Those 100 € will be returned when you place your final order).

How to properly take clothing measurements:
(always use a flexible measuring tape)
- Maintain a relaxed upright position, as shown in the video. Do not pull out your chest or stomach.
- Chest: Wrap tape measure under armpits around fullest part of chest (usually right above nipples), leaving one finger inside of tolerance.
- Stomach: Measure by the widest part of the stomach above the navel, do not over tighten, only measure without tolerance.
- waist: Wrap tape measure around where you normally wear your pants. Measure above the hip bone at the navel level, slightly tighten the stomach for a fair measure to the body without tolerances.
- Hips: This measure should be taken at the thickest part of the buttocks, do not overtighten, leaving one finger inside tolerance.
- Length of pants: Put a pair of shoes on. Have someone measure from your waist to where you want your pants to end.
- Sleeves: Measure from the shoulder seam at the start of the sleeve to the desired length.
- Neck: Measure around the base of the neck, so as to imitate the collar. Round up the neck with the measuring tape a little loose by keeping a finger between the tape measure and your neck.
By default orders could be paid by credit card. Commercial Moyano, s.l. accepts payments by VISA, Verified by VISA, MasterCard and MasterCard SecureCode.
When ordering, customer shall provide the details of his credit card, which will be stored during the purchase process and removed once the transfer. Commercial Moyano, s.l. do not store information about credit cards.
You can also make your purchases by bank transfer, by selecting this option, you will be sent an email with the bank details to make the payment. To expedite the process, it is advisable to send a copy of the payment by email, to avoid waiting 2 or 3 days for the transfer to take effect.
Note: Bank charges are not allowed on transfers, the payment received must be the total marked on the invoice, the costs of the transfer if any, are borne by the buyer.
Shipping & Delivery
Our main premise is the satisfaction of our customers so that all orders are worldwide.
Commercial Moyano sends orders to its customers through different courier companies renowned nationally and internationally, as UPS, DHL, Correos and FedEx. You can receive your order on the address provided. However, you cannot deliver your order to a PO Box.
We ship worldwide. Delivery times depend on the availability and type of product chosen, and shipping area.
However the average delivery for items to measure are:
• 45 labor days as normal production (Plus shipping time of 2-7 days transit).
• Urgent Production (always check with customer service department).
• 2-7 days products in stock (Always confirm availability before ordering).
NOTE: The production time is delayed during holidays like Christmas (December 25 to 1) and Summer (August production stops) Check for these periods to confirm the delivery date.
Comercial Moyano guarantees the delivery of its products and services within the deadlines established at the time of purchase. However, on very special occasions we inform you that there may be inconveniences in deliveries due to problems of the carrier outside our responsibility, therefore, deliveries may be delayed and performed outside the deadline set at the time of purchase.
Shipping costs do not include customs payments or taxes and clearance fees that may be generated for shipments outside the EU. Please confirm it before place your order.
Comercial Moyano, s.l. is not responsible for the loss or theft of merchandise in the hands of third parties (DHL, Correos, FeDex, UPS, MRW ...). The shipping through the transport services is a shipping contract between the Client and said company, for which the Customer agrees to adhere to the service conditions and insurance policies of each of these companies.
Once you have placed your order and made payment, you will receive an email confirmation from us. In case you did not would receive, we recommend that you check that it has not been sent to your inbox spam. 3 - Follow-up and delivery
You may know what the status of your order at any time by logging in to "My Orders" in your account, you have any queries regarding delivery, please contact our customer service department via email address email@example.com
At the time your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the website of the carrier. Once you have completed the shipment of the order, the shipping company will contact you 24 hours in advance by e-mail or text message, informing the shipping status. In the event that the first delivery was unsuccessful, the shipping company would contact you by telephone to arrange a new delivery date.
Shipments not delivered by inability to deliver to the recipient shall be deposited in the office of the agency nearest carrier to your home for 15 days waiting for collection by the recipient, notice. After that period, the order will be returned to origin.
The delivery is considered completed since the product becomes available to the Customer by the carrier and the consignee signs the delivery receipt. For the recipient to verify the products receiving them and expose all the caveats and complaints may be justified.
The Online Store Comercial Moyano works with a return policy well defined and established in the purchasing conditions.
This returns policy can only be applied to any product in the online store Comercial Moyano.
Our store does not have generic products for sale, all our items are manufactured individually for each client, so we have a very strict policy returns that should read and accept before making a purchase on our online store.
We only accept the return of products in stock in our warehouses (consult before placing the order if they are stock or must be made expressly for the client).
Only the full amount of the order placed on-line in the following cases will be returned, provided that we cannot replace a new product by unavailability:
- Product incorrectly sent.
- Product defect.
All other returns will be deducted from the total costs of product customization to each customer (see table of fees).
To return cases as are:
- Size Error.
- Change your mind about the desired product.
- Dissatisfaction with the color tone reflected on our web*
* Our photographs are rigorously calibrated by our graphics department to deliver a lifelike image of our products, but we know it can vary depending on the monitor or device used for viewing. We have a delivery service physical sample for the customer to confirm the fabric in person before place the order.

Return policy may apply within 14 calendar days once the order is received only if:
- The product is returned damaged or dirty.
- The product has not been used.
- Returned products must include original tags.
- Manufacturing defects that are only noticeable after unpacking the product should be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order in the manner indicated above, indicating the order number, the damage caused to the product and urging the return of the product affected and replacing it with a new one or refund the price paid for it if the item is sold out.
Items can not be changed if the item is sold out.
Comercial Moyano reserves the right to refuse or refund if the goods and articles are deemed to have been damaged by client. Our maximum liability is limited to refund if a manufacturing error is detected.
